Removing Project Server 2010 Service Application when it is stuck ‘provisioning’ or ‘in progress’ or similar

Below is some powershell code which is useful when you have PWA Provisioning issues and want to clean up the service application;

$psi = get-spserviceapplication | ? {$_.Typename -like “*Project*”}
$psi

$sa = get-spserviceapplication | ? {$_.Id -eq “562afed4-230f-427b-ab50-2e8947a114b0”}
$sa

$sc = $sa.SiteCollection
$sc

$sa.SiteCollection.Remove(“0c326856-59f1-4171-a006-c8cdd8649c71”)
$sc

The first ID is from the first command, this needs to be marked/pasted. The second ID is from the 5th SiteCollection command, again it needs to be marked/pasted.
